This can look like many things, but if you don’t have the energy or the time to increase your income it’s worth considering cutting down your expenses. 

5. Get help 

Sometimes it really is about having the right team or person behind you. Even with the best of intentions, it’s not uncommon for people to struggle to be able to implement good financial habits.
